  • Can I make a reservation without a credit/debit card?
    No, it is mandatory to add a valid credit card number when making an online reservation as a confirmation method. However, your card will not be charged because payment is at hostel when you arrive.
  • I would like to book directly through phone call or WhatsApp. Is it possible?
    No worries! Just give us a call or send a text containing dates, names, and room preference to one of the numbers we have.
  • Can I make a reservation for a large group?
    Of course, you can! If you want to make a reservation for more than 10 people, you can contact us through our forms to receive detailed information and a personalized offer.
  • How can we book at once more beds in a dorm room?
    Our website booking needs to be done bed by bed but if you send us an e-mail or give us a call, we would do it for you!
  • Check-in and check-out time?
    Check-in starts at 16:00h every day. Of course, if the room/bed is ready before, you do not have to wait! Leaving your luggage is always an option if you like. Check-out is until 10:00h, before that time you need to leave the room and return the keys as instructed before. You can always use all the common areas, as well as leave your luggage in hostel until your departure or until 21:00h.
  • Can I leave my luggage in between?
    Of course, you can leave your luggage before entering your room and after leaving it on the check-out day. Only we ask to pick up your luggage before 21:00.
  • Can I check in after midnight?
    Yes! Our reception is open 24/7 through the phone. If you plan to check-in at a certain time, send us a message which is all you need to do.
  • How does the self-check-in works?
    It means that on the day of your arrival we would inform you how to enter hostel, which room are you staying and where to take your keys. We are also sending a video how to do it but always waiting on the phone in case you need some help!
  • Can I ask for a refund if after booking at your hostel, the price of the same type of dorm for the same dates decreases?
    No, our prices are dynamic and change from day to day. This means that the price of a reservation can be higher or lower depending on the moment. When you make a reservation, you accept the price at that moment, as well as the cancellation conditions.
  • I forgot something at the hostel!
    Don’t worry. All the objects we find in the hostel are kept for one month to be returned. If you have lost an item or have forgotten something after check-out, please send us an email with detailed information (what it was, where you last saw it, color, etc.), in case it is in the hostel, we will send it to you. (Please note that shipping costs must be paid by the client)
